Weight Loss Website : Excellent!

You enter your weight goal and then The Daily Plate computes what it will take for you to achieve your goal. The main feature is that it tracks what you eat every day. The site has a 175,000 food item database. Because of this extensive database, it's easy to enter what you ate.

Hi, Jay. Another great website for menu planning and food portion tracking is FITDAY.com. Also free, it also has a great activity database and wonderful reports, nutritional goalsetting, etc.
